Patricia Schlosser

As a non-competing Broker, Tricia's focus is to serve the agents who serve the clients. Tricia spends 121% of her time on planning and managing company growth along with training/coaching agents and assisting with problem-solving. Tricia and her sister-in-law, Kristin Eisenzimmer, are second-generation owners of Century 21 Morrison Realty. She is a North Dakota native, NDSU graduate, taught in the Bismarck Catholic Schools for eight years, and is a University of Mary alumnus with a master's in Educational Leadership. Attaining her real estate license in 2010, Tricia actively sold for four years where she was the recipient of two Centurion Awards and multiple Quality Service Awards. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations, and in 2013, was counted amongst North Dakota's "40 Under 40". She has been a Director of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors since 2012, was Realtor of the Year in 2015, and was President of the Board in 2017. As a CENTURION® Broker, she has been recognized among the top real estate firms in Bismarck, North Dakota, regionally, and nationally.
